With the Nemco 6900A-GF PaniniPro high-speed panini press, you'll be able to create paninis more efficiently than ever! This unit uses both conduction and microwave technology, which combine to produce the ultimate panini with hot meat, gooey cheese, and crispy bread! This press features a grooved top and a flat bottom plate, creating grilled-in grooves on one side of each sandwich.

Because this unit is programmable, you can use the built-in USB port and separate flash drive to quickly upload and download instructions for making your specialty hot sandwiches. The unit also features electronic controls that can be used to select the desired heating procedure for each panini. To promote safety and efficiency, the heating cycle won't begin until the cover is completely lowered, and then when the cycle is finished, the cover pops up and a beeper goes off in order to immediately alert you that the sandwich is finished and ready to serve. These features help you to save time and create a safe environment for your staff to reduce burn injuries. In addition, the press goes into stand-by mode when not in use in order to save energy.
